I’m Jayme Light. Twenty-six years on the shop floor, now working independently from Perth, across Western Australia and interstate.

I work across all controllers — Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, Okuma and Mazatrol — including manual machines. Programming, training, machine setup, tooling, work-holding, process improvement and development, and all the way through to R&D and project management. Milling, turning, gear cutting, any machine type, any axis count.

I sell experience, not machines or tooling, so the advice you get is only ever about what works.
